At least 5 of the Brooklyn residential or commercial properties established by East Rivers Partners are multiple-bedroom and not all of them cost 7 figures. On the end of Manhattan opposite the synagogue, ERP is upgrading the homes at 272-276 West 86th St., on the Upper West Side.
These places are mansions initially developed by designer C.P.H. Gilbert. All of the advanced amenities enjoyed in ERP's Park Slope homes will be given this job.
