Crossfit's philosophy that "if you have a body you are an athlete" is truly inspiring and really extraordinary. With this website I'm hoping to show individuals the advantages of fitness that Crossfit has given me.
What makes Crossfit appealing to me compared to other forms of exercise?
First, the intensity it needs.
Second, the unbiased technique it utilizes to assess results and progress. It's absolutely everything about creating a challenge with yourself to further improve your strength.
Third and lastly , the group aspect of Crossfit that urges people to attempt it. Having your peers cheer you on and drive you to do well is a terrific experience and makes the workout session more fulfilling.
